Registration and Accommodation form

1 : Participants who do not accommodate at the Congress Hotel need to pay additional Congress Hotel entrance fee, that is 35 â‚?/day.

2 : Young researchers who are studying for an MSc with a thesis requirement or are pursuing a PhD at research centers or universities will have to produce proof of eligibility (scan of your Student-ID card) at the Congress site or the registration desk at the time of their registration. If they do not provide a scan of their Student-ID card, their registration will be increased to the standard registration fee and payment will be automatically deducted.

2 : All the tours will run with a minimum of 6 person. If the number of participants is less then 6, the travel agency has got right to cancel the tour with full refund. Pera Air & Tourism  guarantees to pay the full amount of the tour back in case of a cancellation done before 21 days ahead of the tour starting date . 60 % is refunded in case of a cancellation done until 7 days ahead of tour starting date . No refund will be paid for any cancellation done after 7 days to the tour starting date.
