Abstract submission



Dear Colleagues,

Due to many requests from colleagues for extra time to submit an abstract in last week, the Organizing Committee of the 1st International Congress on Food Technology decided to extend the deadline for abstracts submissions till the 20th March 2010, after which the system will be closed. Abstracts received after this date will not be guaranteed review and/or publication in the Congress Abstract Book.

We welcome your participation.

General Information

To facilitate the preparation of the Abstract Book, the Organising Committee would appreciate the cooperation of all authors preparing abstracts to adhere to the given format.

Please select topic of your abstract from the list which closely fits the subject of your abstract



Note: Please do not forget that all abstracts are to be submitted in English only and should be minimum 150 and maximum 200 words.
Where appropriate, the abstracts should contain the following:
* A statement of the objectives of the study.
* A description of the methods used.
* A summary of the results obtained.
* A statement of the conclusions reached.
