Catching the Innovations in Food Science and Technology in Evolving World
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you to attend the forthcoming 1st International Congress on Food Technology which will take place in Antalya, TURKEY, from November 3rd to November 6th, 2010.
This congress will be a global gathering of more than 500 participants and will provide a chance to socialize, establish networks with colleagues from different parts of the world and create an environment through which we can exchange our knowledge and experiences. It will also be a very good opportunity for young scientists and food science and technology professionals to meet with pioneers in their fields. The theme of the Congress is “Catching the Innovations in Food Science and Technology in the Evolving World”. National and international speakers will present information on a variety of Issues on food science and technology and will discuss the solutions to enhance food technology.
It is our intention to make this congress an event that combines high quality scientific content with the opportunity to meet in an important historical venue. Antalya is now one of the world’s preferential meeting and tourist destinations, featuring world famous historical and touristic sites such as TERMESSOS, PERGE, ASPENDOS and OLYMPOS. Together with a satisfactory scientific programme which is going to be realized with the cooperation of the scientific committee, the participants will also have the opportunity to visit museums and ancient cities preserving the traces of Lycian, Pamphylian, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman architecture and cultures.
Although there still is a bit of time till 2010, we ask all members of the global food science and technology community to make every effort to join us in Antalya, TURKEY. As the organizing committee, we will show you the Traditional Turkish Hospitality from our hearts.
